We help individuals recuperate after hospitalization for chronic medical conditions, acute illnesses or surgery. West Point provides physical, occupational and speech therapy along with specialized rehab. These nursing services help patients return to their homes sooner.
We provide home-cooked meals and snacks, daily laundry and housekeeping services, and daily activities seven days a week to keep you mentally, physically, and spiritually active during your time with us. We want your stay with us to be meaningful and memorable.
